During the months of February and March 2014 we will be in Colombia looking to find a local partner to join our group of local entrepreneurs to start Le Cool Magazine and Le Cool Agency in Colombia.

We are looking for a professional partner that has several years of proven experience in building a media and/or communication agency business in Colombia.

We offer:

  • Exclusivity in the territory of Colombia
  • Be the first city in South America and join a network of 13 cities across the world
  • A turn key ready publishing platform that includes an ad server, misbirth price content management system, case manuals and training systems to get going generating revenue from day one

Le Cool Magazine can be a very light operation that can run with a core team of only two people, a publisher and an editor, which is sufficient to start the magazine and generate some initial revenue. In addition to the core magazine activity local markets may also launch a full fledged content agency that develops branded content as well as books, magazines and even apps. These additional revenue streams are not separated from the core business but are complementary using mainly the same team members and same core skills.

BUSINESS AND REVENUE SCOPE

We estimate that the Colombian venture should be capable of turning over 1-3 million USD in 5 years with a 35-40% profit margin. The potential revenue scope is very much tied to the local partner’s network, financial resources and dedication.
